Your Website – The New Business Card

Not too long ago, the one “must have” essential marketing tool that a business owner had was their business card. That has now been replaced with the website. In order to be considered credible, or even found by potential clients or customers, you must have a web presence. But is it enough to just slap up a site in a day and be done with it? Or do you really need to hire a web designer and invest thousands of dollars to be considered as a  professional? These are great questions, and there are pros and cons for both, which we’ll discuss during our call on June 13 at 8:00 pm EST (don’t forget to register here: http://www.join.robbinsimons.com).

Whatever your opinion, the questions you’ll need to ask yourself as you’re deciding on the concept, design, and content of your site are “What is the primary objective of my website?” and ” What am I trying to accomplish with it?”

Remember, relationships are still the strongest way to build your business. Even with a website, most of your business will come from referrals. Your first priority should be building your network, and your website should be your second.
